Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end and year-end close, review accruals, and analyze manufacturing cost variances.
• Coordinate periodic review of product costs and update inventory standard costs.
• Analyze cost variances and cost productions for review with business partners.
• Ensure appropriate flow of system transactions to align production processes.
• Develop cost of production forecast and planning.
• Participate in and provide feedback to production planning and scheduling to obtain low cost solutions.
• Ensure internal controls related to period-end reporting are followed with timely reconciliations.
• Review and analyze period expenses and provide financial support to respective departments.
• Provide support for product cost-related projects.
• Peer reviews and cross-training with other Finance team members.
