Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.

• Minimum 1 year of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate inventory values and accruals.
• Coordinate periodic review of product costs and update inventory standard costs.
• Analyze cost variances and manufacturing costs with business partners.
• Ensure proper system transactions flow aligns with production processes.
• Develop cost of production forecasts and planning.
• Support production planning and scheduling to reduce costs.
• Maintain internal controls for period-end reporting and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Provide financial support for cost-related projects and cross-train with Finance team.
