Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support monthly closings, cost control, and profitability reporting. The role partners with the Controller and senior leaders to strengthen internal controls, cash forecasting, and annual audits in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cost accounting, strong data analytics skills with Excel and Power BI, and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. ProMach offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• CMA is preferred and experience in cost accounting environments is highly desirable.
• Minimum five years in cost accounting or related roles with close financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close process and journal entries.
• Maintain accuracy of sales, cost, orders and backlog data.
• Assist in designing internal controls and fiscal policies.
• Participate in annual budget, forecast updates, and audits.
• Collaborate with Controller and senior leadership to improve profitability.
