Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards.
• Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, inventory control, cost management and manufacturing cost analysis.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyze and report gross margin by product and customer type weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries, analyze inventory evaluation and roll forward.
• Coordinate with IT for systems issues affecting production, purchasing, A/P, A/R and logistics.
• Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle counts/physical inventories.
• Maintain internal control documentation and test controls.
• Prepare detailed account analyses and reconcile sales, cost, and inventory by division.
• Review inventory and margin reports; conduct profitability analyses.
• Support audit schedules, tax schedules and internal reporting needs.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of inventory and margin schedules to management.
• Contribute to special projects as required.
