All In One Accounting is seeking a Manufacturing Accountant to support a portfolio of small and mid-size manufacturers. The role focuses on standard costing, inventory valuation, COGS analysis, and aligning operations with finance.

You will join our delivery team and work with the Controller and CFO to ensure financial clarity for manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing accounting, hands-on cost accounting, and ERP experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with manufacturing exposure.
• Hands-on cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS analysis.
• Familiarity with standard costing, BOM structures, and overhead allocation.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP platforms (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
• Excellence in written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience with internal controls and fraud prevention.

Mansioni

• Execute day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of manufacturing clients, collaborating with the Controller and CFO.
• Maintain cost accounting structures including standard costs, BOMs, and overhead allocation.
• Track and reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and support inventory accounts.
• Prepare and review COGS analysis and gross margin reporting by product line.
• Manage accounts receivable and support collection efforts on outstanding invoices.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing entries.
• Monitor material cost variances and labor efficiency variances; communicate findings to Controller and CFO.
• Process payroll with manufacturing-specific considerations including shift differentials.
• Maintain robust internal controls across client accounts and prevent fraud.
