Qualifications
7+ years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment, including cost accounting.
Experience in standard costing, variance analysis and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Manage the standard cost process and analyze labor and OH rates.
Develop relevant and impactful KPIs and efficient reporting.
Calculate, analyze and report on labor variances.
Reconcile inventory and material cost on a regular basis.
Analyze ERP system capabilities and recommend improvements.
Calculate and report COGS components on an interim basis.
Own the E&O process and calculation.
Direct and mentor the Cost Accounting Team.
Own the monthly close process through Gross Margin.
Communicate financial results and proactively identify concerns.
Serve as Finance Lead on cross-functional projects.
