Job summary

ProMach's Fogg Filler division in Holland, MI seeks an Accounting Manager to lead monthly close, manage journal entries, and oversee revenue recognition with cross-functional teams. You will partner with controllers, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in accounting (manufacturing a plus) and proven supervisory ability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general accounting experience, supervisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Advanced Excel skills for automation and efficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
• Manufacturing-cost accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and system roll forward processes.
• Analyze journal entries and streamline month-end timelines with AI/tools.
• Review P&L and Balance Sheet; ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinate revenue recognition and intercompany reporting.
• Manage billing, costings, and inventory-related transactions.
• Support internal controls framework and governance initiatives.
