Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA preferred; strong GAAP knowledge essential.
• 7+ years in manufacturing accounting with leadership.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and internal controls.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal financial policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
• Partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and insights.
• Utilize SAP and Power BI/Tableau for real-time reporting.
