The role emphasizes overseeing close processes, financial reporting under US GAAP, budgeting, and finance team leadership onsite.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive operational improvements, manage audits, and provide strategic financial insights in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in accounting leadership.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong financial reporting, audit support, and ERP experience.
• Advanced Excel and hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance under US GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements.
• Partner with leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
