Find Great People | FGP is partnering with a growing manufacturer to hire a hands-on Controller who will lead accounting and serve as a trusted partner to leadership and operations.

You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while working closely with operations to analyze costs and drive improvements. The role offers visibility across the organization and a chance to impact growth and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing accounting, especially with cost accounting and inventory.
• Ability to work with ERP systems and Excel to analyze financial data.
• Strong communication with both finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Implement internal controls and support ERP implementation and process improvements.
