Job summary

TSI Group is seeking a Controller to oversee financial and accounting operations for a manufacturing facility. You will lead the accounting team, produce periodic financial reports, and develop budgets to mitigate risk and guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong manufacturing accounting knowledge, CPA or equivalent preferred, and experience with Epicor ERP. Candidates must demonstrate clear English communication and excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration required or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation preferred or Chartered professional equivalent.
• 5-10 years progressive accounting/finance experience, manufacturing sector preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing costs, overhead, and general & administrative expenses and advise on cost controls.
• Ensure accurate recording and timely analysis of revenues/expenses per financial reporting standards.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with accurate reporting.
