Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 6–10 years in accounting or finance roles with manufacturing focus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completeness and accuracy of financial statements per US GAAP.
• Establish and improve internal controls across the organization.
• Partner with plant and functional leadership to provide analysis for decisions.
• Lead cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support company objectives.
• Maintain active presence on the manufacturing floor and travel ~30% domestically.
