Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Controller for a growing manufacturing company near Itasca, IL. The role will own accounting and FP&A for a $100M business unit, report to leadership, and manage a small team.

Responsibilities include overseeing internal controls, forecasting, audit support, AP/AR, and inventory. This position requires leadership and extensive manufacturing accounting experience, with CPA/public accounting a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing industry accounting experience.
• POC experience.
• Accounting Degree required; CPA and/or public accounting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for a $100M business unit and report to leadership.
• Manage a small accounting/finance team.
• Oversee internal controls, forecasting, and audit support.
• Oversee AP/AR and inventory management.
