Job summary

You will manage month-end close, lead audit and tax work with external firms, supervise the Assistant Controller and staff, and collaborate with yard managers to communicate financial performance.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong audit and tax preparation background.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and tax preparation processes, partnering with external firms.
• Oversee inventory accounting and support operational teams with financial insights.
• Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Supervise Assistant Controller and accounting/admin staff.
• Collaborate with yard managers and leadership to analyze and communicate financial performance.
