Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead an accurate and timely monthly close process.
• Lead quarterly and annual close activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Present financial data to leadership and stakeholders.
• Set performance goals for accounting staff and coach them.
• Track product costs, labor, and overhead.
• Prepare standard cost reports and variance analyses.
• Identify opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize inventory valuation and cost controls.
