This senior role partners with operations and executive leadership, offering direct impact and growth opportunities. It requires 5+ years in manufacturing or related environments with strong Excel and ERP skills. Onsite schedule 8a-5p.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a related environment strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation of exported data.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, ERP systems, or JobBOSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management, and banking relationships
• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions
• Monitor inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and profitability reporting
• Develop and enhance reporting processes using Excel and company ERP/accounting systems
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning initiatives
• Supervise one accounting team member responsible for AP, AR, and HR administration
• Assist with process improvements and strengthen financial controls
