Job summary

CFS is seeking a Controller for Ball Ground, GA, onsite only. This senior finance leader will own the finance and accounting function across four U.S.

manufacturing locations, partnering with operations, commercial, and functional leaders to drive performance and growth. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis, building a high-performing finance team and ensuring US GAAP reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance/ accounting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years leading teams or initiatives as a Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis as the Controller.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and support key decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and US GAAP compliance.
• Evaluate capital investments and growth opportunities as lead Controller for the business unit.
• Develop, mentor, and lead finance and accounting team members.
• Serve as senior Controller and financial business partner to leadership across multiple locations.

Education
