Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a senior finance professional to lead cost and inventory accounting for a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role drives financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tied to operations and supply chain performance.

You will partner with operations and procurement to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions, support audits, and strengthen controls. CPA/CMA/MBA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
  • Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, monthly/quarterly closes, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Skilled with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar) and proficient in forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tied to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Lead cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard vs. actual cost tracking, overhead allocations, and margin analysis.
  • Provide insights into supply chain and production performance through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure financial insights guide sourcing, production, and inventory decisions.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness while driving process improvements.

  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential preferred
