Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for Manufacturing in Atlanta to lead end-to-end account stewardship, drive revenue growth, and strengthen executive client relationships. The role requires deep industry knowledge and a track record of large-scale transformations managed across multi-functional teams.

The individual will collaborate with service lines, drive strategic programs, and ensure customer satisfaction while expanding Cognizant’s footprint within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services or management consulting in a client-facing/account leadership role.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-cultural teams and global service delivery.
• Bachelor’s Degree; MS or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and account expansion in the Manufacturing sector by closing new, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop client engagement strategies and quantify pursuit costs.
• Lead revenue and profit growth with accountable timelines and executive reviews.
• Review account metrics with delivery, operations, and finance teams regularly.
• Collaborate with multiple Cognizant service lines and partners to execute the business plan at account level.
• Maintain strong executive relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers.
