Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years experience in Process Engineering, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement.
• Demonstrated practitioner of Lean/CI approaches and tools (5S/6S, VSM, Standardized Work, 8D/A3, Yamazumi, TPM, Pull Systems, SMED).
• Ability to communicate across disciplines and lead change in complex environments.
• Group facilitation and presentation skills with ability to moderate discussions.

Responsibilities

• Owns shopfloor management systems and adds visual process controls, performance indicators, signals, escalation protocols, and standardization.
• Facilitates Kaizen/Sprint/workshops and guides teams through improvement projects from idea to execution.
• Builds organizational CI capability; trains and coaches staff on CI principles and standards.
• Socializes RCA/PDCA/8D/A3 tools to close gaps and implement preventative measures in daily operations.
• Translates technical analysis into requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps to support strategic objectives.
