Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a Sr. Operational Excellence Engineer to lead Lean Manufacturing transformations and sustain Continuous Improvement programs across SQDC metrics.

This on-site role requires an industrial engineer with 4-5 years of EO/CI experience and a strong Lean Six Sigma background. You will mentor teams, design deployment roadmaps, map value streams, and oversee BD Production System initiatives, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Coaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events while ensuring monitoring, sustainment, and realization of results.
• Drive recurrent opportunity identification to maintain a robust pipeline of improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and validate the financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate VOC and VOB reviews with executive leadership.
• Manage the Annual Deployment Plan for Operational Excellence initiatives.
