Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a senior CI leader to drive Lean Six Sigma programs across North American manufacturing sites. You will lead strategic and tactical improvement projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to raise OEE and process capability.

Ideal candidates bring a Black Belt, 10+ years in manufacturing/CI, and a track record of delivering $1M+ annual impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in supply chain, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• LSS Black Belt certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects delivering significant value and transformational impact.
• Develop and deploy Enterprise Power Up standards across NA MFG sites.
• Mentor peers and Lean Six Sigma candidates through certification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive OEE, safety and quality improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and build capability across the organization.
