Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma leader to drive operational transformation across NA Manufacturing sites. You will execute tactical and strategic CI projects, applying Six Sigma methods and LEAN tools to close gaps and deliver meaningful impact on MFG processes and culture.

You will become a subject matter expert on LEAN manufacturing, work with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and help deploy Enterprise standards within Power Up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in supply chain, engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Possess or working towards LSS Black Belt certification.
• Experience in high-speed industrial manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Lean, CI, OPEX and LSS tools and theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects at NA MFG sites delivering >$1MM annual impact.
• Develop and deploy Enterprise Power Up standards at NA MFG sites.
• Mentor peers and leaders across NA and global sites.
• Collaborate with digital capabilities to drive technology improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for deployment of the Enterprise Operating System.
• Drive standardization and breakthrough thinking through CI and CoA.
