Job summary

Glanbia in West Haven, CT is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager to lead FTQ, CAPA, and operational excellence initiatives. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Procurement, and Commercialization to solve manufacturing challenges and build sustainable process improvements.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and OE tools, drive corrective actions, and develop a prioritized site improvement roadmap while collaborating with multiple teams to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to engineering or manufacturing.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, process engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading CAPA investigations and root cause analysis in regulated settings.
• Strong statistical analysis, process capability, and measurable improvement.
• Demonstrated project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives across the site.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and OE tools to reduce waste and variability.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standardized work.
• Develop a prioritized continuous improvement roadmap for the site.
