PepsiCo is seeking a Capability Coordinator to drive onboarding and training across manufacturing and warehouse teams. The role leads design, standardization, and deployment of training materials to ensure safety, capability, and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience with RTT/IWS, TPM, and/or OPEX.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, ideally demonstrated through a completed improvement project.
• Must have indefinite authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel less than 5%.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead onboarding for all manufacturing and warehouse team member cohorts across all lines and shifts.
• Support the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs.
• Facilitate new hire orientation, classroom training, plant tours, and on-the-job training readiness.
• Build engaging onboarding experience that promotes inclusion, safety, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate and schedule all training sessions, certifications, and continued education programs.
• Maintain centralized training documentation and ensure materials are current and aligned to standards.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomes.
• Track key performance indicators related to training effectiveness and capability development.
• Deliver constructive feedback while maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment.
