This role involves three-way matching, payroll processing support, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and inventory/cost tracking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable invoice processing.
• 1 year of payroll processing through ADP.
• Must have experience working in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution industry.
• Experience with three-way matching, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Knowledge of month-end close, accruals, and prepaid schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching (POs, receipts, and invoices).
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and prepaid expense tracking.
• Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cost tracking and analysis.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to AP, payroll, and GL accounts.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
