Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering focused on automation.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (NX or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop automated solutions to production processes from concept through production.
• Drive DFM/DFA to enable high-rate production.
• Conduct automation audits to identify throughput, quality, and cost improvements.
• Design and implement robust automated manufacturing processes.
• Specify and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Create manufacturing documentation and control plans.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and automation methodologies.
• Manage projects related to automation and capacity expansion.
• Provide training and technical support to production teams.
• Lead process development for major production lines and mentor junior engineers.
