Pay starts at $17.00-$19.55/hr, with available overtime.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (+12% premium, up to $19.05/hr). 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (+15% premium, up to $19.55/hr).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in metal finishing or grinding; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read procedures, safety protocols, and instructions.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and calibrated tools to shape and inspect metal parts with high precision.
• Safely operate grinders, belt sanders, band saws, and drill presses.
• Complete production documentation and maintain traceable records.
• Uphold strict safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and quality standards.

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $19.55 per hour
