Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Current ERT member or ability to train and become an ERT member.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team initiatives to identify and resolve safety issues.
• Develop LEAN solutions throughout manufacturing.
• Operate and oversee production equipment safely and independently.
• Ensure housekeeping and clean work area in assigned zone.
• Coordinate training on safe operation of equipment.
