Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive CI strategy across Production Units. You will supervise CI teams, lead Lean projects, and ensure daily management aligns with KPIs and global best practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on shop floor improvements and developing internal lean capabilities. The ideal candidate has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and 5+ years in CI/Lean roles, with experience in Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen facilitation.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with Lean certifications.
• 5+ years in CI/Lean roles with Kaizen experience and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the local Continuous Improvement teams.
• Responsible for CIS programs for Production Units.
• Lead Lean Projects and execute Lean Roadmap.
• Implement PU Continuous Improvement Strategies.
• Manage Kaizen Process and Kaizen Funnel for PUs.
• Facilitate Kaizen Events with Standard Work, SMED, 6S.
• Train and develop people to facilitate Kaizen Events.
• Lead Daily Management Process as CI activity.
• Lead problem solving using A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa.
• Support Site Managers in PU strategy and KPI definition.
• Generate data to support Operational KPI improvements.
• Develop Lean educational material and training.
• Lead on-floor process improvements (Go to Gemba!).
• Collaborate with Global Operational Excellence team.
