Hyperion Materials & Technologies Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to safely run process and off-line equipment on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts in a Michigan facility.Responsibilities include operating mills, packaging lines, and spray systems, performing basic maintenance, handling hazardous chemicals, and ensuring quality with precise measurement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and run standard Process Equipment and Off line Equipment (mill, spraying, powder packaging)
• Participate in safety initiatives and LEAN improvements
• Safely operate production equipment for super abrasives and related products
• Handle hazardous chemicals and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Perform hand assemblies of product and blended materials
• Use measuring tools and inspection gauges to ensure quality
• Assist with tooling setup and troubleshooting
• Maintain housekeeping and document work instructions
• Train others on safe operation of equipment
• Communicate quality concerns to technical staff
