Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 0–1 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Willing to cross-train for Manufacturing Associate II roles.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and check connections for fit.
• Assist in prototypes and basic assembly outside normal production.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and proper procedures.
• Conserve resources and use equipment as needed.
• Train others in basic assembly tasks when required.
• Inspect work and ensure it meets requirements before moving on.
• Document actions on production and quality forms.
• Assist in training new hires or internal staff assigned to this role.
