The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and ideally 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma, GED, or combination of work experience and skill development.
• 0-1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to cross-train for Manufacturing Associate II roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive sub-assembly and/or assembly operations.
• Prepare work by studying instructions and gathering materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Skills

Safe use of small hand and power tools

Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of material

Basic computer skills

Understanding and following verbal and written instructions
