You will position parts using templates, assemble components, and inspect for proper fit before moving to the next step. The role involves aiding prototypes, maintaining a safe workspace, and documenting actions on production forms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• 0–1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Material.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to understand instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and check fit before passing to next operation.
• Assist in prototypes and basic assembly projects as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by following rules.
• Conserve resources by using tools and materials efficiently.
• Document actions using production and quality forms.
