Job summary

Sigma Foods on the Lawton, OK production floor is seeking motivated team members for 1st and 2nd shifts. You’ll be trained across packing, palletizing, NL17 support, and general production activities, with cross-training to adapt to staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
• Sanitation of production areas and equipment during the 3rd shift.

Positions needing filled: NL17, Peeler, Packer, Blend

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

You’ll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:

Packing / Packaging:

Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.

Palletizing:

Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.

Operator / NL17 Support:

Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.

General Production Work:

Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.

Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.

Sanitation- 3rd shift:

Cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment.

Entry-level to experienced Operators
