Job summary

SIGMA-US is seeking a full-time production operator for our Seminole, OK facility. You will work on a fast-paced production floor, rotating through tasks to help get product out the door accurately and efficiently.

Expect hands-on training, teamwork, and opportunities to learn multiple roles, from packing to sanitation, with emphasis on safety, quality, and attendance. Overnight shift details may apply in some lines.

Responsibilities

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

You’ll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:

Sanitation: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. (Overnights 8:30pm-6am)

Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
