SIGMA-US on-site in Seminole, OK is hiring for full-time production roles across 1st/2nd/3rd shifts with overtime as needed. You’ll be trained and rotated through packing, palletizing, line support, and sanitation while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product, verify counts and labels; maintain line speed and quality.
• Build pallets safely and accurately; monitor product codes; keep workflow moving.
• Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Support multiple areas; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete checks and paperwork.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities per food safety and GMP standards; support safe production (Overnights 8:30pm-6am).
• Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
• Roles you may rotate between: Packer/Pack-Off, Palletizer, Line or Room Production Support, Entry-level to experienced Operators.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

You’ll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Sanitation: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. (Overnights 8:30pm-6am)
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
