What you’ll do (day-to-day)

You’ll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator / NL17 Support: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
• Sanitation- 3rd shift: Cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment.

Roles you may rotate between

• Packer / Pack-Off
• Palletizer
• Line or Room Production Support (including NL17)
• Entry-level to experienced Operators
