Job summary

ProRecruiters in Tulsa, OK is seeking a General Production Associate to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves ensuring accurate paperwork, operating and adjusting automated machinery, and maintaining GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a valid food handler’s card. Work shifts are day or night, Monday through Sunday, with 3:00pm–11:00pm or 11:00pm–7:00am schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid food handler’s card from Tulsa Health Department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all paperwork is filled in legibly and correctly for the area of responsibility.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust automated machinery to ensure compliance.
• Perform routine equipment repairs.
• Clean, organize, and sanitize the production area and equipment.
• Understand and utilize measurement systems and tools.
• Participate in all team activities and training (e.g., continuous improvement projects, plant safety initiatives, crossovers, stretching, etc.)
• Understand manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform safety-sensitive functions and identify, correct, and improve potential safety items; both human and food.
• Report safety violations, hazards, or near misses that you see or become aware of.
• Understand and comply with company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including head covering, facial hair requirements, gloves, shoes, etc.
• Complete all required assessments and testing, including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) testing.
