Job summary

SIGMA in Seminole, OK, is seeking motivated production staff to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will learn and work across multiple roles on the production floor, with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and safety.

Roles include packaging, palletizing, line support, and sanitation, with overnight shifts available. Strong attendance and flexibility are essential to succeed on this team.

Responsibilities

• Pack, inspect, verify counts and labels on products.
• Palletize and move product safely to maintain line flow.
• Operate or support production equipment with focus and accuracy.
• Perform sanitation and cleanliness to meet GMP and safety standards.
• Cross-train to support staffing changes across lines.
• Complete required checks and paperwork as assigned.
• Overnight shift: 8:30pm–6am on specific roles.

What you'll do (day-to-day)

You'll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include:

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Sanitation: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. (Overnights 8:30pm-6am)
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
