Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Operations to lead a team of technicians and oversee multiple hardware platforms for strategic customers. You will drive production priorities, ensure safety, and deliver on-time results with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in production with at least 3+ years in a supervisor or lead role in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with ERP and MES systems.
- Understanding of product life cycle from NPI to scaled production; LEAN principles and change management (ECOs).
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and equipment specs; strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage technician staff and production line priorities; oversee equipment, work orders, and delivery.
- Direct daily operations; issue/complete work orders to production floor.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed; document incidents and address hazards.
