Job summary

LSINC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Manufacturing Manager to coordinate people, materials, schedules, and priorities to ensure equipment is built, tested, and delivered on time.

You will own the production schedule, set daily priorities, monitor machine status, and drive early resolution of material, engineering, quality, and schedule risks while partnering with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to improve processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience across engineering, production, or operations.
• Ability to own and drive production schedules and priorities.
• Knowledge of BOMs, drawings, work instructions, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Own and maintain the production schedule.
• Set clear daily and weekly priorities for the team.
• Maintain visibility into machine status and production flow.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and information to keep production moving.
• Identify and drive resolution of shortages, issues, and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to meet commitments.
