Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing area to support tactical objectives.
• Coordinate production workers on the floor.
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet demand.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Allocate resources to optimize output and efficiency.
• Provide training and ensure EHS compliance.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to meet demand.
• Support lean and 6 Sigma cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in ISO and QMS audits.
