LSINC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Manufacturing Manager to coordinate people, materials, schedules, and priorities to ensure equipment is built, tested, and delivered on time.
You will own the production schedule, set daily priorities, monitor machine status, and drive early resolution of material, engineering, quality, and schedule risks while partnering with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to improve processes and metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, production planning, machine assembly, or another relevant technical environment. Experience with complex equipment, machinery, automation, or engineered products is preferred.
Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple builds, priorities, deadlines, and issues simultaneously. The candidate should be comfortable working with BOMs, drawings, work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentation. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is helpful, but specific system experience is not required.
We are less concerned with credentials than capability. The right person will be highly organized, accountable, hands-on, proactive, technically capable, decisive, collaborative, process-oriented without being bureaucratic, willing to learn, and driven to finish.
