Qualifications

• Experience in high-mix, high-reliability manufacturing environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize plant operations across commercial, defense, and aerospace product lines.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, throughput, and cost.
• Partner with executive leadership to align operations with corporate growth strategies.
• Own plant profitability, asset performance, and capital budgeting.
