Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and manage Attalla direct labor teams including welders, operators, assemblers, electricians, and material handlers.
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery through process improvements and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with planning/scheduling to execute the production schedule and allocate resources.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage union relations as needed.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
