Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on processing high-volume invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and supporting month-end close activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in high-volume AP, strong Excel skills, and experience in manufacturing. ERP experience is required; Sage is a plus. This is an onsite position with competitive hourly pay and career growth opportunities.

This Northern California company is growing and hiring to add additional support to their finance and accounting teams. Looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for processing high-volume invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
• Manufacturing, food manufacturing, or packaged goods experience preferred

100% Onsite

Pay: $33-$44 hourly
