Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Strong hands-on AP/AR experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot, lookups, analysis).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AP and AR activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and cash collections.
• Review and post journal entries for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and accruals.
• Provide hands-on guidance to AP/AR team and train staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to align financial processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via automation and standardization.
