Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of transformative programs that blend operational improvement, digital tech, analytics, and AI. You will work with client executives across plants to translate priorities into implementable solutions that boost productivity, reliability, quality and visibility, while scaling AI across operations.

You will guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, historians, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, APS and more, lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or consulting.
Experience shaping or delivering AI, analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing.
Experience with manufacturing data models, semantic models, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation programs from opportunity shaping to value realization.
Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery across sites.
Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, historians, LIMS, QMS, and more.
Lead design, configuration oversight, testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare.
Facilitate workshops with operations, IT, cybersecurity, and vendor stakeholders.
Shape and deliver AI use cases like predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and intelligent scheduling.
