Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing manufacturing transformation programs. You will work with client executives and plant leaders to turn priorities into implementable, measurable solutions that boost productivity, quality and visibility.

You’ll shape data foundations, AI and knowledge platforms across plant and network operations to scale intelligent capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital manufacturing, supply chain, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and delivery plans.
• Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, and AI services.
• Drive AI use cases like predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and autonomous scheduling.
